Why we do this
We have run an aesthetic clinic in Gangnam, Seoul for thirteen years. Most of our guests are women in their twenties to forties.
Those guests travel to Japan. And we know what happens to them there.
Japanese appears. You run it through a translator and the page breaks. You try to book online and it asks for a Japanese phone number.
Travel should not be like this. Travel should be travel — look at the sky, meet people, touch a culture.
The same goes for the shops. The hours spent cooking and laughing with guests should not be spent staring at a booking page.

Ha EunHwan Born 1982. Graduated from Sungkyunkwan University School of Medicine in 2008.
Opened an aesthetic clinic in Gangnam, Seoul in 2013 and grew it into a franchise. Thirteen years on, it is still running. Three clinics in Hong Kong; preparing to open in the United States.
The work required AI, and that is how I came to study the humanities and philosophy. The order may look backwards, but it is what happened — I could not build the AI without first asking what a human being is.
