What changes for you
- Everything is agreed before we call. Headcount, time, budget, allergies, religious restrictions — all confirmed first. Nothing changes at the table.
- Fewer no-shows. We have talked with the guest before booking, and we can reach them.
- We do not send the same problem twice. To you they are a one-time foreign guest. To us they are on record. We remember what you cannot.
- No language burden. Every exchange with us is in Japanese.
What we ask
- That you take the reservation by phone. That is all.
- No registration, no contract, no listing fee. You may decline any booking.
Paying
- Pay what you think it was worth. If you pay nothing, nothing changes on our side.
- Paying more does not buy priority. We do not sell the order. If we did, there would be no reason to trust us.
What we keep
- We check the shops, and we check the guests. We do not protect only one side.
- We never screen guests by nationality, race, or belief. Only by what they do.
- We never hand a guest's personal information to a shop.
